HAIR BAND PADDED

Hair Band Padded is a thick hair band worked in gorgeous and soft cashmere. The hair band is ideal for people, who are used to wearing a hair band as an accessory, as the hair band demands more attention than e.g., Slim or Wide.

My personal favourite to easily stand out or make a statement with your hair accessory. As ever, the styling opportunities are endless - knit a classic plain version, or venture into the world of pearls, scrap yarn or embroidery. As long as you keep the gauge, you can achieve the exact style you wish. 

SIZE: One size

GAUGE: 30 sts/10cm

YARN & MATERIALS: 1 strand of Cashmere Classic from Cardiff (25g = 112m)

When knitting the tweed version, simply add a strand of Make It Tweed, thus holding 2 strands when knitting.

A padded headband, 30 mm.

RECOMMENDED NEEDLES: 3.0mm. 

I use circular needles 60/80cm, as the hair band is worked using magic loop. You can also use DPN.
